I worked with Kookie in Transportation Division on the prison floor in the Essex County Sheriff’s office. She was an excellent officer, she was a badass in a way but she was always Kookie. She spoke her mind and she was always real. I have the utmost respect for Kookie as a Sheriff’s Officer and she’s a special friend/woman.
