Jim Drylie is a retired West Orange Police Officer who served as the Director of the department in the 1990s and retired as a Police Captain. He earned his doctorate at John Jay College in New York City publishing his research on suicide-by-cop. Jim was appointed the Executive Director of the School of Criminal Justice and Public Administration at Kean University of New Jersey and was instrumental in starting the Center for Cybersecurity at Kean.
